1.      This website, its Terms and Conditions and all contracts placed are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Anybody who accesses the website from outside the UK is responsible for compliance with their local laws and tax regulations.
 

2.      By clicking on the “Next” button to submit your Order on the Checkout Screen, you are offering to purchase goods at the stated price, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
 

3.      All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT. Delivery within the UK and worldwide will be at the rate indicated. Unless stated otherwise, prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. We must receive full payment of the price (including delivery if applicable) of any items before we ship your products.We reserve the right to restrict the number of items you may order without reason. We will notify you by email that your order has been placed. Delivery charges my change without notice.Whilst we try to ensure that prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. In this event we will contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price. Any order may be cancelled without reason or notice and a full refund given.
 

4.     Goods that are in stock will be sent out same day if ordered before 2pm this does not mean they will be delivered next day. We can deliver next day by telephone order only and special delivery arrangements must be made at extra cost to the buyer. Goods will normally be sent within 3-5 working days of date of Order. In the event of a delay, we shall aim to inform you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
 

5.      A binding Contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your Order has been accepted. You may cancel the Order entirely or partially if you discover on receipt that any items ordered are not as you imagined and we shall endeavour to replace those items with others which are more to your liking. If we are unable to satisfy you, we shall refund the appropriate costs, including the cost of returning the goods to us.
 

6.      All payment details will be kept secure and will not be revealed to any third party, except as may be necessary in order for us to receive payment in accordance with your instructions.
 

7.      Images may not show the actual size of items. All measurements are approximate and are indicative only.
 

8.      Any details that you enter into our website may be stored by us, for the sole purpose of processing you order.  These details will remain confidential and will NEVER be issued to any third parties.
 

9.   We reserve the right to refuse to accept any Order without giving any reason for our decision. Anybody placing an Order for goods from this website must be aged over 18.
 

10.   We do not accept any liability for loss incurred as a result of any Order placed.
 

11.  Pre-Odered items are only dispatched once we receive the last item into stock from the suppliers. Only then will your full order be sent.Unless requested otherwise by email from you the customer. All pre-ordered items can not and will not be guaranteed, although every effort will be made by us to fufill your order.In the event a pre-order cannot be honoured a full refund will be given. 
 

12.  If an item has been damaged in transit, compensation will have to be pursued directly with the courier service used.  We will do all we can to assist with any recovery but will not be liable for any loss.
 

13.   If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be regarded as having been removed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 14. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. No images or text maybe copied from this website without permission.
